My sessions are used to help individuals reach their goals and enhance overall wellbeing.  I use a unique approach, combining life coaching tools, eastern philosophy and psychological theory to support my clients to fulfil their greatest potential.

 

In other words coaching with me takes you from where you are NOW to where you WANT to be!

 

If you are stuggling with your weight, your confidence or managing your daily stress levels then these sessions may be for you. If you know where you want to go, but are unsure of how to get there life coaching sessions can help!

 

Sessions are available over the phone, Skype and face-to-face.
